THE FACILITY

The architects of HKS, with 25 offices worldwide, designed the state-of-the-art Ground Zero Emergency Training Center to be centrally located on 120 rolling acres near the heartland city of Tuttle, Oklahoma. These facilities will include mock-disaster zones, dog kennels, lodging for students, and an education center.
